Top jobs

3D Artist

As a 3D Artist, you would turn real-life scans into detailed digital models that can be used in games, films or online stores. You would use specialist software to sculpt and texture the models, making sure every angle looks perfect. Your job would involve creativity, attention to detail and a good understanding of anatomy and movement. You would often start with a 2D scan, then carefully build it into a realistic 3D version. You would work closely with designers and developers, bringing digital characters, clothes and props to life. You would need strong computer skills, a creative eye and patience to perfect each design.

3D Scan Technician

As a 3D Scan Technician, you would run the scan room — a space filled with high-tech cameras that capture people in amazing detail. Your job would be to help models pose, operate the scanning equipment and make sure the shots are accurate. Think of it like being a supercharged photographer! You would need to be confident with technology, able to follow precise instructions and happy working with people. You would also help set up and maintain the scanning rig and ensure everything is stored correctly.

Developer/Programmer

As a Developer or Programmer, you would write the code that makes everything work — from the scan machines to the website and editing tools. Your job would be to build smart systems that make things quicker and easier, whether that’s cleaning up scan data or creating new ways for users to interact with 3D models. You would solve technical problems, test your ideas and work with artists and producers to turn ideas into reality. You would need to be logical, curious and love working with computers.

Producer

As a Producer, you would help the company grow by building partnerships, securing funding and guiding big projects. You would write proposals, give presentations and meet with clients to share what makes your work exciting. Your role would mix creativity and business — you would need to understand how the work gets done, but also how to tell the story and get others involved. You would need to be organised, good at talking to people and able to stay calm under pressure. It’s a great role if you enjoy leading teams, spotting opportunities and making plans happen.

Scan Prep Artist (Hair/Make-up Removal)

As a Scan Prep Artist, you would get people ready to step into the scan room. You would remove makeup, adjust hair and make sure everyone feels comfortable and confident before their scan. You would also explain the process, answer questions and help the session run smoothly. It’s a people-focused role that needs kindness, attention to detail and the ability to work quickly. You would work with all sorts of people, from actors to athletes to everyday customers, so being friendly and professional is a must. This role is perfect for someone who’s confident, calm and enjoys helping others.

Fun fact: We’ve scanned some big names over the years — including Sir Michael Caine, Colin Firth, Tyson Fury and Mads Mikkelsen. One of our directors even became a character in Baldur’s Gate 3 — Volo is based on a full-body scan of him!
