Sheffield City Council's See it Be it in Sheffield campaign brings to life the world of work for young people in Sheffield, helping to raise their careers aspirations and improve their life chances.
We do this by connecting businesses with educators to deliver employer enriched careers education that helps young people in the city to understand how they can stay near but go far.
Our ambition is to create an enterprise pipeline from primary to post 16 that:
- Widens horizons through careers awareness and aspirations, emphasising our key sectors
- Fosters creative and critical thinking through experiential enterprise education
- Improve life choices and careers chances for a work ready future workforce to achieve sustainable and inclusive employment.
