Inspiring the Future is a free, online teacher-led platform that connects volunteers from the world of work to state schools and colleges. This means that you can connect with thousands of volunteers across a huge range of sectors and jobs to deliver either in-person or virtual careers sessions. This could be anything from large scale speed networking encounters to careers insight presentations or mock interviews. You can create multiple encounters which are quick to set up and allow you to access our network of volunteers.
There are also a suit of pre-recorded resources focused on different sectors and themes that are easy to use and flexibly embedded in the curriculum.

When does it take place?
Inspiring the Future can be used all year round. The self-service user page means that teachers can create encounters and connect with volunteers to suit their needs throughout the year.
